Since most of the products are industrialized, each production method has different types of forming machines. Each type of forming machine requires glass to have a viscosity-temperature curve, a hardening speed, a crystallization temperature range, and a crystallization rate. Process performance. For example, when designing a thin-walled lightweight large-mouth glass bottle, a reasonable forming method should be a pressure-blowing method, and a forming machine suitable for the bottle type is a sea-eye type (Heye) bottle making machine, after the forming method and equipment are determined, It can find the process index of the viscosity-temperature curve and hardening speed of the glass required for the formation of the sea leaf type bottle machine, or the glass composition as the design reference when the light bottle is actually produced from the sea leaf type bottle making machine at home and abroad. .
For the same production method, when the same type of forming machine is manufactured with different colors, different shapes and different sizes, the forming speeds used are different, and thus different requirements are imposed on the hardening speed of the glass. The actual situation is often complicated, not only the different requirements for the glass hardening speed, but also the heat capacity, thermal conductivity, thermal radiance of the glass have an effect on the speed of the glass forming machine, so the temperature, viscosity curve, hardening speed cannot be As the only factor of influence.
