Glass forming methods can be divided into two major categories: artificial forming and mechanical forming.
Manually blow the crystal cup, use a stainless steel hollow tube to pick a proper amount of high-temperature molten glass water, blow it into a spherical shape like a balloon, and then put it into a prepared mold to continue to blow into the shape of the mold. Then, open the mold, clip the cup into the annealing furnace to remove the stress of the glass, and then cut it, edging, installing (foot or handle), polishing, is the finished product.
The pressing glass machine is like the left wheel. The molds are fixed on the turntable one by one. The turntable usually has 8 or 10 molds. One punch is suspended above the top. The glass is dripped into the mold through a barrel. Then, when the pump is turned under the punch, the punch is dropped and pressed, and then the crystal cup is manually taken out and placed in the annealing furnace, and the finished product is finished.
In the process of production, since manual forming has high labor intensity, high temperature, and poor conditions, most of them have been replaced by mechanical forming in addition to free forming, and can be produced on a large scale.
